DESCRIPTION:AHA HEARTSAVER FIRST-AID\, CPR\, AED TRAINING provided by the Education Department at Cetronia Ambulance Corps.  \nThe AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid\, CPR\, and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe\, timely\, and effective manner. \nThis course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job\, regulatory (e.g.\, OSHA)\, or other requirements\, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. \nWhat does this course teach? \n\nFirst aid basics\nMedical\, injury\, and environmental emergencies\nPreventing illness and injury\nAdult CPR and AED use\nOpioid-associated life-threatening emergencies\nOptional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR\n\nUpon completion of all course requirements\, participants receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion Card which is valid for two years. \nFor more information please contact Cetronia’s Education Department at caceducation@cetronia.org \nThe class is $90.
