Benefits
As a member, you will not be billed for balances owed on services that are partly covered by your insurance carrier, with the exception of deductibles as mandated by Federal Law. On non-covered services (wheelchair van, ambulette, medi-car and certain non-emergency transports) you will receive a 25% discounted rate.
Cetronia Ambulance Corps subscription benefits cover emergency and non-emergency services, as listed, in all Lehigh Valley communities. However, emergency service subscription benefits apply only if you require emergency service in one of the areas in which Cetronia is the primary emergency provider. These areas include Whitehall, Coplay, South Whitehall and Upper Macungie, as well as portions of Weisenberg, Western Salisbury and Lowhill Townships. If you live elsewhere in the Lehigh Valley, Cetronia is likely not your primary emergency medical services provider and a subscription will not result in a direct savings on emergency services. We do, however, have reciprocal agreements with most of the surrounding community ambulance companies, which means that they may provide you with subscription benefits should they provide mutual aid in an emergency(with some exceptions). Please check with your municipal leaders or Cetronia Ambulance Corps if you are not sure who provides your 911 service.
The Cetronia Scribe
As a value-added benefit to our loyal subscribers we have created The Cetronia Scribe; a quarterly newsletter that gets mailed directly to the homes of all our subscribers. The Scribe contains articles related to health care, emergency services and elder care and keeps residents up-to-date with all the latest news, services, equipment and events affiliated with Cetronia Ambulance Corps.
